Carla is part of our tax team.
Carla concentrates her practice on tax and corporate matters. She advises individuals and legal entities on tax planning, wills and estate planning, and tax and corporate due diligence to create efficient structures and optimize the tax burden.
Carla also represents clients in administrative and judicial tax proceedings.
