Daniel

Daniel is a member of PBP’s Dispute Resolution team.

Daniel is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. He concentrates his practice on litigation and domestic and international arbitration. Also, as part of his practice he has represented clients in customs claims in administrative and court proceedings, including hearings at the National Court of Justice.

Before joining PBP, Daniel was an advisor at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador where he took part in a variety of constitutional actions. Through his experience, he has advised on actions for unconstitutionality and actions to enforce constitutional rights.

In the field of arbitration, he has represented local and international clients in arbitration in the areas of telecommunications, construction and public service contracts.
