Erika

Erika focuses her practice on labor counseling, social security and labor litigation. She has experience advising national and international companies on preventing labor conflicts and complying with employer obligations before administrative authorities such as the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security. She has participated in the creation and planning of company restructuring strategies and labor risk mitigation.

Additionally, she has extensive experience in labor rights with a gender perspective. She has provided continuous training to her clients regarding the prevention of discrimination, harassment, and violence in the workplace. Moreover, she has worked hand in hand with HR departments to develop internal policies that promote equality, which include policies for selection processes, remuneration policies, family reconciliation, etc.
