Dispute Resolution
Felipe is part of our Dispute Resolution team.
Felipe concentrates his practice in the firm’s dispute resolution practice area.
Felipe is involved in advising and representing clients in litigation and domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He has worked on cases in areas such as energy, construction, transport, M&A and software, advising local and international companies on complex disputes. Likewise, Felipe’s practice includes advising on disputes related to public contracts, civil and commercial contracts, and civil liability. He also advises on the enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitration awards.
Felipe has also worked as a secretary in international arbitration proceedings under the Rules of the Madrid International Arbitration Center - Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAM-CIAR). He is a member of the main arbitration forums at a local and international level.
