Francesco focuses his practice on the business sector, providing advice to employers on complex labor issues for the prevention of contingencies and resolution of conflicts with employees, whether through judicial, administrative, or mediation processes. Francesco is an expert in identifying contingencies and assessing labor risks in merger and acquisition processes, having participated in multiple transactions involving significant local and international corporations.
Additionally, Francesco has extensive knowledge in social security and migration matters.
