Gabriel

Gabriel is a member of the Dispute Resolution team. He concentrates his practice on litigation and domestic and international arbitration.

Gabriel has worked on international arbitrations under ICC and UNCITRAL rules and at the Madrid International Arbitration Center (CIAM). He has also worked on proceedings administered by the Quito Chamber of Commerce and the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce. He has assisted in civil, administrative and constitutional disputes, and in the annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards.
