Johnny

Johnny de la Pared focuses on complex disputes and high-level commercial contracts.

He graduated as an attorney-at-law from the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil (UCSG) in 2001 and holds a master’s degree in Constitutional and Procedural Law from the same university.

He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil. He has been a professor of Civil Procedural Law at UCSG for over 16 years and is a professor for the master’s degree in Procedural and Constitutional Law at the same university. He has also taught Civil Procedure Law at Universidad Espiritu Santo-UEES for the last five years.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on Procedural and Constitutional Law, as well as author of several academic articles related to his specialization.
