In the field of dispute resolution, José Luis advises and represents clients in civil and administrative litigation.
As part of the compliance team, he is an expert in risk analysis and the implementation of compliance policies including anti-money laundering policies.
In the field of public law, José Luis focuses on public procurement in the precontractual, contractual and project closure stages, and on the regulatory requirements of specialist industries.
