Karla is a member of our Competition and Corporate teams.
Karla specializes in free competition, unfair competition, and economic analysis of the law. Her practice is focused on abuse of market power and restrictive competition practices, analysis of economic concentrations, unfair competition practices, and bureaucratic market barriers.
Karla has participated in the notification of merger transactions in various sectors and in the defense of investigations related to restrictive practices, abuse of market power and unfair competition practices.
From an academic perspective, Karla actively participates in research journals and leads the participation of students in international competitions in the field.
