Ricardo

Ricardo is a member of our banking and finance, insurance, and corporate teams. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions.

Ricardo regularly advises clients in the preparation of security packages for foreign financing, creditors and debtors in the structuring of loans, project financing, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises insurance companies on corporate and regulatory matters, accompanies them in shareholders’ meetings and the different committees, as well as on the registration of foreign reinsurance companies in Ecuador.

During his time in Spain, he advised clients on corporate matters including incorporations, capital increases, mergers, SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, and due diligence.
