Roxana focuses her practice on banking, corporate, contractual, corporate advisory, and securities market matters.
Roxana has actively participated in corporate restructurings (reorganization proceedings) and in due diligence processes for acquiring or selling companies in Ecuador, advising and representing buyers, sellers, investment bankers, and lenders in share purchase and sale processes and closing transactions. Additionally, she advises companies authorized to provide services to the financial system.
Regarding the stock market, she has experience in securitization processes and issuance of bonds and commercial paper for different types of clients. She is also an expert in structuring fiduciary businesses for different purposes.
