Santiago specializes in business and corporate law, with a special focus on M&A transactions. He has advised investment funds in complex transactions, mainly in renewable energy.
In the securities market area, Santiago has worked on takeover bids and de-listing procedures.
His professional background includes experience in English firms, and he complements his education with an LLM from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, where he specialized in International Business Law.
